SportOF (the "App"), provided by Yasarcan Osmanoglu (the "Developer"), deeply respects your privacy. This policy explains how your personal data, health information, and location data are collected, used, and protected.
1. Data Collected and Purposes of Use
To provide you with a safe and personalized experience, we collect the following data strictly for core functionalities:
Profile and Social Login Data: Basic profile data (name, email) provided during email registration or when using "Sign in with Apple" / "Sign in with Google" options.
Location Data: Real-time location permission is requested solely to track your outdoor workouts and only while you are actively using the app (in the foreground).
Physical Characteristics: Age, height, weight, and fitness goals you manually input to generate personalized workout programs.
Usage Data: Anonymized device information and crash reports are collected to improve app performance and stability.
2. Health Data Usage and Restrictions
Our App may integrate with your device's health APIs (Apple HealthKit and Google Fit). We adhere to extremely strict guidelines regarding this data:
Data such as steps, heart rate, calories, or sleep data read from Apple Health and Google Fit are STRICTLY NOT USED for advertising, marketing, in-app promotions, or data mining purposes.
Health data will never be sold or shared with data brokers, advertising networks, or third parties.
Any physical product or coaching recommendations within the app are based solely on the manual survey responses (interests, goals) you provide during registration, NOT on dynamic data retrieved from health APIs.
3. Payment Processing and Data Security
SportOF utilizes two distinct product and payment infrastructures:
Digital Content: In-app subscriptions and digital packages are processed entirely through the Apple App Store and Google Play (In-App Purchase). We do not have access to your financial data.
Physical Products: Secure external payment gateways are used for physical products offered in the app. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers.
4. Data Deletion and Account Cancellation Rights
Our users have full and unconditional control over their data:
You can permanently delete your account, linked social logins, health data, and workout history from our servers at any time by using the "Delete Account" option located in the "Profile > Settings" menu within the app.
If you no longer have access to the app, you can submit your data deletion request directly to support@sportof.app.
